The Bryan Brown Theatre opened in April 2014. A raked seating 300 seat theatre with excellent site lines and a cosy atmosphere, the Bryan Brown Theatre hosts professional and community performance productions as well as conferences and workshops.

With seven fully equipped function rooms, plus the added convenience of the adjoining Civic Theatre and Playhouse, Newcastle City Hall offers event planners a variety of options. This busy little cafe is open 7 days a week for patrons visiting the Bankstown Library, attending events in the Function Spaces at BLaKC or the theatre. From BLaKC Cafe we also cater for events large and small, both on and off-site. On Friday night's BLaKC Cafe transforms into a live music lounge with a special Tapas menu. read more
